What we collect
When you rate a dish we collect your first name, email address, the dishes you rate, and any feedback you give. If you choose to get texts, we also collect your mobile number. We record the date and connection address (IP) when you opt in, as proof of your consent.
How we use it
- To count votes and limit each email to one vote per dish per day.
- To show how many guests recommend each dish. We never show names, emails or negative ratings publicly.
- To improve our food and service using your feedback. If you said it is OK, a manager may contact you about it.
- If you opted in, to send you emails or text messages about specials, events and news.
Email and text messages
We only send marketing email or texts if you checked the box to opt in. You can unsubscribe from email with the link in any message. For texts, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text opt-in with third parties for their marketing.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and send messages (for example our web host and email or texting service), and only for that purpose.
Keeping your information
We keep vote and feedback records while they help us improve the menu, and contact details until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe.
